You can purchase items used regularly in our care packages and have them shipped directly to us via our amazon wish list here.

If you would like to purchase yarn do donate, you can find the Premier yarn we use for our hats here. It’s the softest yarn we’ve been able to find with the biggest selection of colors. And premiere yarn company has supported me with this project by donating yarn. 

We also accept HANDMADE GET WELL CARDS made by children or adults. We've had teachers have their students do special projects for us and the people ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!

We ask that these are 5x7 in size so they fit in the care packages. You can mail these to:

Help Making Hats

If you are a seasoned crocheter and are interested in helping with hats, here is an instructional video.  In order to ensure that all our caps are the same, we request you follow the information given here.

If you would like to make hats for the Battle Cap Project, here is the written pattern. In order to ensure that all our caps are the same, we request that you that follow the pattern. Each hat should measure 7-8" from crown to rim and 18"around. Between 60-70 stitches total.
